The Company was established by Mr. Chan Chun Shing, Otto and Mr. Shiba Tsuyoshi in the 3Q of 2006 and the office is located in the central financial district of Hong Kong. It is regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong with type 4 and type 9 licences for advising on securities and asset management.
