The founders, Mr. Chan and Mr. Shiba, have an aggregated 37 years experience in equity investment with particular focus on China equity market.

OTTO CHAN, CEO, with over 20 years experience in HK/China equities research and sales, has developed strong long term working relationship with listed companies and investors in the industry. As head of HK/China sales in major international financial institutions such as HSBC, Citigroup and UBS, he has actively led or participated in over 50 IPOs and placements of HK and China stocks.

TSUYOSHI SHIBA, CIO, born in Shanghai and managed the biggest China fund in Japan.  The Fund win “Best Fund of 2008 Japan” by Lipper Awards.  Before he became a fund manager with Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management, he worked as an economist covering the US and Japanese economy for 6 years.  He visited more than 1,000 Chinese companies in the past 5 years.  He is very knowledgeable about the China capital market and has an extensive network in the Chinese business community.  He is the Chartered Member of the Security Analysts Association of Japan.
